Note – An agency worker is entitled to the same basic working and employment conditions as they would have received had they been recruited directly by the hirer to do the particular job. Basic working and employment conditions are those that relate to the above list.

If/where there is no comparable employee within the end client organisation: we would expect that the end client provides annual salary details for a similar role in their geographic area / industry sector. On that basis, can you please liaise with the end client to establish the salary for a similar role and confirm this by reply along with the other details outlined below.
