And there’s no one more passionate about our contractors than our New Business Manager, Craig Irvine.
In our latest Meet the Team article, we’re introducing you to Craig to give you an insight into what supporting our contractors is all about.
Joining Champion Contractors in January 2018, Craig already had a wealth of experience in customer service in the financial services sector. So, joining Champion to support our contractors was a natural and obvious move.
As Champion’s New Business Manager, Craig is responsible for ensuring that every contractor is provided with a first-class service throughout their time with Champion. Craig makes sure that contractors are aware of all the processes and regulations required of working as an umbrella contractor through Champion and acts as a point of contact should they require any help or assistance.
Craig also supports our agency partners with compliance and operational projects to help them comply with regulatory and legislative requirements effectively and efficiently.
When we asked Craig what interested him about working for Champion, he said, “I was looking to find a more rewarding job and was contacted to apply for this role. Thankfully, I was offered a job here at Champion and have never looked back. The chance to take a job that gave me more opportunity to start building a career was too good to turn down.”
When Craig isn’t supporting our contractors and agencies, he’s another member of our team who enjoys health and fitness.
Craig has previously volunteered as a football coach for Stenhousemuir FC and is an avid football fan. He also possesses a HNC in fitness, health and exercise and can be found at the gym whenever possible.
