IR35 Resolve is a bespoke tool that enables end client organisations, recruitment agencies and PSC contractors to be fully compliant with new IR35 rules.

It is an online supply chain portal designed to compile accurate IR35 determinations.

The portal incorporates intuitive work flow processes and dashboards, allowing end clients to manage their IR35 determination needs. It also securely stores assessments, legal advice and overall determinations, meaning documentation is easily accessible if/when HMRC make a request to view information.
